Chipped tooth: The answer depends upon how much tooth is chipped and where it is located. .If it's a front tooth and the chip is small a tooth colored material can be bonded to restore it. If it is more substantial then a veneer or crown may be necessary. If it's a back tooth, and it is only a small chip, then a bonded tooth colored filling may suffice. If it is larger, then a bonded onlay or crown may be needed.

Many options: It all depends on to what extent is your chipped/ fractured tooth. Generally, bonding (resin/ composite) will do, but it's important to look at what factors caused the chipping. If it is your bite or you have a bad bite, you may need more than just a restoration for long term success. If your fracture is very substantial, you many need crowns/ and or veneers, and in the back, you may need onlays.
