See your dentist :): Have your dentist look at it and give you options. It could require a lot of work, nothing or anywhere in between. The answer should be simple once you get a professional eval. Good luck!

Depends : Simple tooth chips can usually be repaired with a bonded resin restoration. If significant tooth structure is missing, then a crown may be necessary. Visit your dentist for a thorough evaluation and options for treatment.

See your dentist: Many options, ranging from a simple bonded filling to a full coverage crown... The answer lies somewhere in between, and depends on the amount of damage, your bite, and the desired final result. All the best..

Up to you: If the chip occured because you have a cavity in the vicinity, then the cavity will progress and you will eventually need root canal therapy. If the chip is just from trauma and there is no decay, then restore it or have it smoothed down. Since you can't tell if there is decay, it's best to have a dentist look at it.

Yes: Dentist repair chipped teeth routinely. They can be front teeth or back teeth. The dentist can numb your tooth, remove cavities, and replace lost tooth with metal or ceramic(white) filling or crowns. Go to visit a dentist for an exam and get started.

Help please? How long does it take to get a chipped tooth fixed?

Depends on size: It all depends on how extensive the chip is, does it involve a significant portion of the tooth, or is it just a small portion of the tooth. Dentists also vary greatly in the speed at which we practice. Some are very fast and others are slower. Call a dentist to have this evaluated and then ask the time frame and the fee to be charged.

Varies: Depends on the extent of restorative treatment needed. A simple bonded restoration usually takes no longer than one visit at your dentist.
