Needs close F-up: This infant needs the expertise of pediatric nephrologist and urologist. Obstructive uropathies, i.e., posterior urethral valve, severe vesicoureteral reflux are among the top list of possibilities.

Reflux vs UPJ: This topic is very complicated. Debris in pelvis can be infection. I highly advise seeing a fellowship trained pediatric urologist for this issue. Reflux or ureteral pelvis junction obstruction.
