Best advice : Is to stay calm and keep your cool. Be positive at all times even though you are at your wits end. Being negative, getting mean & cross is just going to backfire on you & will never work! cool off, take a time out to calm your nerves down.Tell your child (how old?) to do the same. And say we will talk about this after dinner etc. You are your child's role model. Your child sees ur weakness

It could be SADD: Seasonal affective disorder, the treatment is to spend time in sun or with full spectrum lighting daily. It could also be other psychological issues related to the new season (anniversary reactions to losses that occurred at this time of year). You may want to talk with a therapist about your moodiness so that you will have more patience with your son.
