Will an insurance company pay for the same surgery twice in less than a year.. 10 months to be exact?

Talk to Insurer: In all likelihood there should be no problem. It sounds as though the initial surgery was unsuccessful. The insurer should be able to ensure that it gets taken care of as it is medically indicated, but you need to call them.
