If you pay for it: It depends on your coverage , if you pay for dental and oral surgery yes, most of the time if related to diseases like tumors, maxillofzcial trauma etc are covered by insurence, but not if it is cosmatic surgery.

There are several: Insurance policies are contracts between the subscriber (person covered) and the insurance company, or between the group covered and the insurance company. Insurance companies differ in not only what procedures may be covered in oral and maxillofacial surgery, but how much is covered as well.
