Yes: Yes, prenatal vitamins are fine -- however, are you also on some medicine for your depression? You don't list any, and vitamins alone will probably not be enough to help your depression. If you haven't already, please consult a psychiatrist -- if this psychiatrist does not also do talk therapy, you'll benefit from seeing a psychologist as well.
