Can truehope empowerplus (a vitamin product) be used for depression or bipolar disorder?

That's the claim: Although i don't have a lot of clinical experience with empower+, I do have some. A few clients attempted to use this product and discontinued their mood stabilizing med. The result was not favorable with two requiring psych hospitalization. None of my clients remained on it. The longest someone stayed with it was 3 months.
