Vitamin: Assuming a reasonably well balanced diet there is no need to take supplemental vitamins,None of your reported conditions relates to vitamin deficiency.Hypothyroidism can cause high cholesterol. Most people especially if northerners or darker skinned tend to be vitamin D deficient,Also the modern diet is relatively folate and Magnesium poor.
