Yes: Some women who have pcos due to obesity can see marked improvement in their symptoms and in pregnancy rates when they exercise vigorously and maintain a healthy bmi (19-25). For other women, weight doesn't play a role and their issues are due to endocrine imbalances and might require medication to help balance hormones. Hope that helps, be well.
