I have a very very liitle flow of my periods that i dont even find so much blood occupying the pad when i get to change it and it lasts only 2 days. is it a symptom of pcos or pcod??

"Diminished flow" of menstrual bleeding may be a normal variant if your periods are regular (24-32 days apart), but if not, scant bleeding can be a sign of PCOS, so see your GYN physician for an exam, and get a serum HCG test if pregnancy is possible and other hormonal tests if the HCG test is negative.
