Sedative filling?: If the tooth us sufficiently erupted, you could have the decay removed and a small "temporary" filling place by your dentist until you are able to have the tooth removed.

Find a free clinic!: While it is possible that a medicated filling might buy you time, if the decay is small, if your wisdom tooth is sufficiently grown in, if there isn't gum covering the tooth; so in this case there are to many ifs. My suggestion is to find a free or subsidized clinic and get that wisdom out before it creates a more serious situation.

Don't waist time: The tooth in question is most likely very difficult to reach and that's probebly why you have cavities forming on it. A temporary filling will only buy a few weeks. The longer you wait the bigger the cavity and the larger the infection will become. The tooth will be harder to take out, your body will have a harder time to heal. Let's forget about the plan b. Do yourself a favor have it extracted.

Try to: Change your priorities. Rethink why you are not able to get your dental treatment completed right away (at lease the serious, important ; worst problems). Postponing treatment almost always leads to worse problems, higher costs, more visits ; time required, more grief ; more likely to lose teeth. I once was too lazy to change the oil in my lawnmower ; then the engine froze and i needed a new one!

Wisdom tooth: You need to talk to your dentist about the wisdom tooth problem and follow his/her recommendation. If the tooth is erupted and functional then perhaps a filling may treat the problem. If extraction is needed do this asap since delay will only make the problem worse.

Call your dentist: Any other treatment is a temporary relief. A tooth pain or tooth decay won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. See your dentist ASAP.
