Yes: Most likely you have an infection in that tooth which is causing swelling and possible bony expansion. It could be other things as well. You should have it evaluated by an oral surgeon who can extract the wisdom tooth and do a biopsy of the lump if he/she feels it may not be related to the tooth. Get it dealt with asap as it can only get worse and can actually become life threatening.

Immed attn required: Get to an oral surgeon immediately to have this lesion evaluated & probably biopsied. If it is directly behind ur uvula, it may have nothing to do with wisdom teeth.
