Sleep disorder: Even if you are underestimating the amount and quality of sleep you've been getting - it is definitely not enough. You really should see a doctor for a referral to a sleep disorder clinic or go directly. This is not likely to resolve itself and your body, emotions & mental functions can suffer all sorts of damage. Get an eval and treatment asap. Till then, rest/relax as much as possible & hydrate.
