CHECK BREATHING: Sleep quality is just as important as length. A young babies and children commonly suffer from sleep apnea or similar condition. When the upper and lower jaws are not fully developed (very common nowadays) the tongue has less space to sit and during sleep partially blocks the airway, causing poor sleep.
