Not sure what you: mean by a "bleeding spot." I will assume you are talking about "spotting," which usually means small amounts of blood in between periods. I don't think it has anything to do with using the energy drinks (which isn't a good idea either) or the sleeping pill . Spotting frequently occurs in women on oral contraceptives if the estrogen is in very low dose. If this continues, would see your GYN.
