Hematoma: A hematoma is a localized collection of blood outside the blood vessels, usually in liquid form within the tissue. You may have bled a bit, internally, after the blood was drawn. It is perfectly normal.

Brown dots: The brown areas are likely where there was a small amount of bleeding into the tissues.
