Cycle day 3 bloodwork lh and fsh was 8.5 and 8.0. im 30 years old. what is normal range for these two (lh and fsh)?

LH is elevated: for that cycle day, likely PCOS if irregular cycles. Delayed ovulation can interfer with conception, both with the hormonal issues and absolute number of egg release cycles per year. 28 day cycles result in 13 ovulations per year. 35 day cycles result in 10 ovulations per year, and so on.
