That is usually fine: Bananas are a good source of potassium, b vitamins, vitamin c and magnesium. Bananas don’t contain any fat or cholesterol.. 1 medium sized banana has 27 gm of carbohydrates & only 1.29 gm of protein. So, you need to be judicious if you are a diabetic. Enjoy.
