Intake of one banana every day will cause diabetes? true or not?

Not true: The risk of diabetes can be increased by large consumption of sugary foods and drinks and high carb items. However, even diabetics can eat almost anything in moderation (in consultation with their physician and dietician, of course). I would say that one banana a day would fall into the "in moderation" category.
