Not more than 2: Everything in moderation. Too many bananas can lead to headaches ( from dilated vessels), sleepiness ( from tryptophan), hyperkalemia ( from potassium) and even nerve damage ( from too much b6 if you ate 100 bananas). Also can get tooth decay from overripe bananas and they are low in protein, so you need to eat a balanced diet along with the bananas.
