Neti pot ; Qnasl: Hello, I do feel that using a nasal rinse before using a topical nasal steroid is always a good idea. It will help rid the nasal cavity of thickened secretions and thus give the steroid nasal spray a cleaner mucosal surface for the steroid to treat.
