Should i get a second aspiration of my ganglion cyst?

No: Aspiration of ganglion cysts has a low success rate, if the first aspiration was unsuccessful i would not recommend a second attempt. If the ganglion is symptomatic surgery for excision would be the next recommendation. Seek the advice of a hand surgeon.
