Should i drink essiac tea for fever and sore throat?

Well...: Looked up essiac tea ; it was described as a naturopathic product that has been used for cancer. I don't know what it contains as i believe it is a proprietary blend of herbs. But there are herbs that are known to help sore throats. Consider.
