What is necrotic lymph node?

It depends on when a: How did you know or find out about this probelm? Is it seen on a ct scan? Why do not you ask the doctor who told you about it! if the lymph node is enlarged(?Cause is important here!) then it can have dead cells in the middle of the gland. That is what necrosis/necrotic means. But it is important to find out the cause which may need a biopsy. Your doctor should guide you.
