A year: Although a majority of changes are seen along the bridge of the nose early on, final changes to the bridge can take a year or longer.

Nose Bridge Healing: Even though it can take a full year for the bridge to settle, unless temporalis fascia has been used most changes have occurred by 6 months. In a typical primary rhinoplasty, if the bridge is not right after 6 months, you might begin discussions with your surgeon about a minor revision.

Up to a year: Can take up to a year for final healing from a rhinoplasty. If the bump is still prominent in 4-6 months, you may need a slight revision.
