Try this: Have a good sleep hygiene, regular exercise and sleep wake cycle, balance diet, cut caffine intake if appropriate and avoid it in afternoon. If you still have problem then get evaluated by your doctor.

Need more info: The broad area of sleeping problems includes insomnia, sleep apnea, abnormal sleep behaviors, and narcolepsy to name a few. Which specific problem you have determines the approach.

Depends: It depends on what the nature of the sleeping problem is: too sleepy? Can't fall asleep? Can't stay sleep? So, see a sleep specialist to go over your specific issue in detail.
