No: Rhogam is a passive antibody given to patients in order to not have your body mount an immune response to the Rh molecule. It will not have any effect on a current pregnancy. It will have a preventative effect on you body "attacking" the blood cells of a fetus in future pregnancies. You should receive Rhogam again at 28wks and finally after delivery if your infant is Rh positive.
