Unlikely: CP of any form is related to an injury to the developing motor centers in the brain during pregnancy/labor/delivery or the first 3 yrs of life. In over 50% of cases the origin of the CP is unknown and occurs in infants with normal pregnancy, labor & delivery. Assigning this to a blood group incompatibility with no evidence one occurred is not rational.
