A member asked:

What could happen if i had a higher dose of rhogam than needed? would it have a bad effect on my baby?

It would have to be: ...Many times more than recommended. In a rh-sensitized individual, practically the entire blood supply is diluted rhogam, hundreds to thousands times more antibody than you could reasonably get from a Rhogam injection.

No: I would not worry about extra dose of rhogam. While it can cross the placenta-i have not heard of any problem with the baby.
