Probably effective: Drug expiration dates usually don't mean much. If potency and side effects aren't tested beyond a certain time, that's the expiration date. It doesn't mean potency is gone or more side effects, only that it hasn't been studied to know for sure. Most drugs remain safe and effective for years if not mishandled, e.g. stored in a hot car etc. Still, best not to treat yourself; check w/ doctor first.

Five days a week for: 30 minutes/day.  Exercising for about 150 minutes per week is the minimum recommended activity. If would be good if you can do more. It need not be all zumba, you may choose brisk walk, jogging, treadmill, health-rider etc.

Is it a pill or pack: If you are prescribed two Zpacks to take one after the other by you MD

But if your question is if you can take next pill out of the Z pack in less than 24 hours.The answer is yes

You may clarify your prescription.Usually two Zpacks are not prescribed one after the other as the drug remains in your body 5 days after you finish the pack
And you may have to wait 5 days to start next pack
