Possilbe: The anesthetic has numbed up some nerves that can give you a temporary runny nose condition.  It is also possible that the upper wisdom teeth extraction affected the upper sinus.

Not usually: While not common, it can occur especially if the upper wisdom teeth were very close to or in communication with the maxillary sinus. Treat it as any other nose bleed and if it persists contact your doctor.

Yes and no: Yes that is normal if your surgery was very recent. However you should avoid  blowing your nose too hard. Your upper wisdom teeth may have been very close to the sinus and it is possible that you have an exposure of the sinus causing blood to drip into it. If that is the case then you need to go back and see the surgeon. If you continue to have blood seep into your mouth get back to dentist asap.

Shouldn't be a : Problem as long as you don't develop excessive bleeding from the extraction site.

Call now: Call and ask.  Your breathing problem may interfere with anesthesia administration.

Numbness: The nose is fairly distant from the surgical site, and should not share the same innervation as the upper wisdom teeth.  So, it may very well be unrelated to your procedure.  I would ask your surgeon during your next postop visit.

Any time: You can have a rhinoplasty as soon as you feel recovered from your dental surgery. The two operations do not interfere with each other.  Assuming you are healthy, the anesthesia should not be risky.

Dry Nose: If the dentist used anesthesia and the mask was used over the nose, then you may have dried the mucosal lining of the nose.  Dry nasal lining, especially in winter can lead to nose bleeds.

: The wisdom teeth might have had long roots and caused an opening after the extraction in the sinuses.
