Well. that depends: If you drank only large quantities of juiced fruit you could actually gain weight. If you drink primarily fresh, organic juiced vegetables that can be quite healthy. Be aware that you will be minus the fiber if you use a juice extractor but will still have the fiber with a whole food juicer.  Your intake would be more balanced if you add something such as rice protein powder.  Please don't juice &gt;.

No, need more: For weight loss you need to do about 150minutes/week or 30minutes per day of low intensity work out.  This helps burn fat and helps lose weight.

Too few calories: 900 calories is too few. You are like an anorexic and your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day divided into three meals of 400 calories each. Going to the gym is great- keep it up, but you must eat a reasonable amount of calories in order for your body not to reduce its metabolism to a very low rate and halt weight loss.

Depends: During weight loss, you need to help your body decrease its insulin level to promote decrease in fat.  PBJ can be very high in glycemic index due to the bread, the PB which is high in sugar unless using natural sugar and then the jelly or jam.  I would suggest eating a salad with protein as a better alternative

Not easy: Keep a detailed diary of all of your intake for a week or so. You may be eating/drinking more than you realize. After review of the diary, reduce you intake by at least 30%. With increasing age, it is harder to lose weight due to slowing of metabolism.

Possibly: You may possibly lose weight in that manner, but that is not a healthy way to control your weight, as this may ultimately slow your metabolism.  Instead, decrease your total calories by 500-1, 000 per day, while eating 3 healthy meals & 2 healthy snacks per day.  Also, exercise (walk or jog) 45 minutes per day, 5 days per week (speak with your doctor before starting any exercise program).

Slow is better.: To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.
