Well. that depends: If you drank only large quantities of juiced fruit you could actually gain weight. If you drink primarily fresh, organic juiced vegetables that can be quite healthy. Be aware that you will be minus the fiber if you use a juice extractor but will still have the fiber with a whole food juicer. Your intake would be more balanced if you add something such as rice protein powder. Please don't juice >.
