Absolutely: Your heart is a pump that never stops. It pumps blood filled with nutrients and oxygen to your cells so that they may do their job. If your pump isn't working correctly then you entire body suffers. Think of your car not getting enough gas, how does it act ?

LVH: In general a 'slightly thickened' heart muscle would not alone cause symptoms. Having said that, there usually would be a cause for the thickening and so symptoms would be possible related to the cause added to the thickening.

: Shingles is a localized outbreak where the chickenpox virus you acquired in childhood travels outward from a spinal cord level hibernation. It moves outward from that hibernation point along the distribution of that spinal nerve. The germ does not enter your blood or go to the nerves of the heart. Although the stress of the outbreak is a problem, a direct effect on your heart is not an issue.

Possible reasons for symptoms include lung or heart disease, fluid or irritation of linings of lungs or heart, acid reflux, asthma, anxiety, costochondritis, etc...

With regard to myoglobin, it found only in skeletal and cardiac muscle and is typically released during skeletal or cardiac muscle injury. Common processes that involve muscle injury include myocardial infarction (heart attack), rhabdomyolysis, and muscle trauma.

Hmmmm: Information here is incomplete. A r heart cath doesn't show the coronary arteries. However an intramyocardial artery can occasionally cause symptoms. The cath would need to be carefully reviewed.

Not sure : Not sure how an ECG can show hardening of heart muscle.  It could show signs that may be related to previous damage of heart muscle. Damage of heart muscle can cause arrhythmia.  Most arrhythmias, unless left uncontrolled for long periods of time do dot cause heart damage.
