Does a slight thickened left heart muscle cause weakness, pounding heart and fatigue?

LVH: In general a 'slightly thickened' heart muscle would not alone cause symptoms. Having said that, there usually would be a cause for the thickening and so symptoms would be possible related to the cause added to the thickening.
