Yes: Biopsy allows the pathologist to see the actual tissue under microscope to identify the presence of cancer cells. Without the tissue biopsy you can not be sure enough to start any treatment.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the report needs to take into account the site of the lesion. In an appendix, it would not matter, in the pancreas, it could be of concern.

while doing colonoscopy and endoscopy they took biopsy to rule out crohns, even if cancer or tumor wasn't what they were looking for would biopsy show?

Yes: The biopsy will show what is really there.  Cancer occurs more commonly in patients with Crohn's colitis and that is a reason to have more frequent colonoscopies and biopsies.  When cancer develops, it usually has a characteristic appearance on endoscopy so you are probably safe unless they told you they were concerned about cancer.

Rectal cancer: A pet/ct scan is accurate in the diagnosis and staging of rectal cancer and whether it has spread to lymph nodes or other areas of the body. However your colorectal surgeon and oncologist are best qualified to answer your question.

: Without looking at the slide directly it is not possible to answer. The judgements are directly related to the experience of the pathologist. If your dr has worked with this team for sometime they will be the best judge of what it shows a d the long term follow up of those like you who have a biopsy like this.  You can also ask for a local second opinion.

Yes.: Yes.  A person who has a large bladder cancer with satellite tumors has a serious health problem.  This can almost never be treated by putting medicine into the bladder.  It usually requires surgery and/or radiation therapy and/or  chemotherapy,  Bladder cancer is not hereditary.  The most common cause in the United States is cigarette smoking.

95% five year cure: There is a wide spectrum of mucous membrane changes from tobacco usage, whether smoked or chewed. You have excellent chance of being cured even if oral cancer is found in the biopsy. Nothing in life is 100%. Avoid tobacco and alcohol in all forms and be sure to see your surgeon every 6 months for oral exam to rule out recurrence or a new primary.

Not likely: A needle biopsy is not likely to transform a benign tumor into a malignant one.

I'm sorry, yes: When you were first diagnosed, if this tumor marker (ca27-29) was elevated, then it's rise likely means breast cancer somewhere. Other things can make it go up.  But your doctor is probably checking to see if your cancer is back.  Since your tumor is er positive, bone is a common place for it to come back without symptoms.  Ask your doctor to explain what the rising ca27-29 means for you!  best...
