I'm sorry, yes: When you were first diagnosed, if this tumor marker (ca27-29) was elevated, then it's rise likely means breast cancer somewhere. Other things can make it go up. But your doctor is probably checking to see if your cancer is back. Since your tumor is er positive, bone is a common place for it to come back without symptoms.
