: Not clear if the interpretation decides that the area was not a meningioma, which is benign and very slow growing if present.  Would suggest you contact the radiologist to ask directly what is actually present.  Additional imaging may be an appropriate next step.

: Assuming this is a meningioma, it has likely been present for years, and is an incidental finding of limited significance.  Meningiomas could only cause vascular changes if large and creating increased intracranial pressure, which yours does not seem to do.  Your BP attacks are not due to brain.  Have you been checked for kidney disease or pheochromocytoma?

Dear : Dear patient, 
don't fool around. Get help right away. While calcified meningiomas are usually benign since the calcium deposits indicate slow growth. There is another reason meningiomas can take up space in the head and compress venous sinuses that carry blood back into the body's circulation. This can cause neurological symptoms like a venous sinus thrombosis. When you lose the ability to use your arm and have swelling and pain you know you have a serious issue. Go to the er.

: Unlikely that an osteoma would affect intracerebral functions, but a growing meningioma could create a  mass effect and secondary symptoms.  However, your symptoms might suggest a nonfocal issue, and raise questions of metabolic or vitamin deficiency issues.  A sleep disorder or medication reaction might be an answer.  Would suggest neurological involvement.

Meningioma: Unfortunately meningiomas do not just go away.  They may be difficult to see on MRI if small enough and if contrast is not given, etc.  Generally it is good if they can not see it as a lesion that has grown will be easier to spot on the recent MRI.

Just that!: Meningiomas are almost always benign tumors arising in the meninges (covering the brain) they can enlarge over time and may calcify.

Depends: On size, location and symptoms. Your neurosurgeon should help devise a plan of follow up imaging to meet your needs.

: Calcified meningiomas may not grow but also could grow slowly. 0.4cm is small but since small meningiomas can cause symptoms,I like to have a neurosurgeon see the patient and recommend whether they should be removed or, if only followup MRIs are recommended, how often they should be scheduled.
