i feel nausea in the morning and at night. when i eat it goes away a bit but i have to force myself. by the way i'm a virgin so i'm not pregnat.

Acid reflux: could be responsible for symptoms, and not everyone has the typical heartburn, but that is often relieved by eating to neurtralize the acid.  An acid blocker like Zantac (ranitidine) or PPI like    Prilosec may help.  Other things to consider are constipation, liver and pancreatitis but non-gi conditions can also cause morning nausea.  If sx don't improve with above, please get a check up and possible tests.

i have been feeling really dizzy, i've had nausea, and hot flashes when i eat.i feel miserable. went to hospital can't figure it out. help please!

Really difficult: Your symptoms are called 'non-specific', (meaning they can go along with many different conditions)so it makes it very hard to figure out what is causing.  You probably need a good primary care doctor (the hospital/emergency room perspective is usually to rule out & treat life-threatening conditions, and if no red flags showed up on any labs they did, then you may not have gotten a thorough eval.

night cold sweats, sinus, feeling hot and cold. chest heavy and when i eat i am getting chest pains so bad i can not stand up. mouth sores and nausea from the sinus. body pains ?

i have a dairy sensitivity otherwise controlled with lactase pills. now when i eat cheese (excluding swiss) i instantly feel like i've ingested poison (nausea/metallic taste in mouth/feeling faint). what on earth could be going on? will speak w/pcp?

: Cheese is a very concentrated milk product and can cause those symptoms despite lactase pills. By all means speak to your PCP. Hope you do well

See GI: You likely have a bowel obstruction.  See a GI doctor now and do not delay.  If you can't get to one within the next day or so , go to the emergency room.

Peptic ulcer: Ulcers in the stomach can cause pain and nausea in early mornings.
Avoid alcohol and consider Tums (calcium carbonate) before bed. See a doctor if no improvement after a week.

Could be: Any one of 100's of causes.  More common causes are gallstone or ulcer, but it could be tumor or cancer.  Best to see doctor for accurate diagnosis.

Sorbitol: People who have sorbitol malabsorption may develop diarrhea ; upset stomach if they eat avocados.

GERD or more?: You may be describing a variant of gerd with laryngeal-esophageal reflux. However, biliary & pancreatic disease may be present. Gas/bloat syndrome w/slow gut? Consider "central" causes like: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), food poisoning, medication side effects, pregnancy, & even stress. See your doctor.

swelling around eyes, nausea, esp when i eat lots of carbs?

Edema: Most likely this cause by high salt/soduim consumption  cuasing fluid (edema) to build up in the soft tissues around the eyes.
