GERD or more?: You may be describing a variant of gerd with laryngeal-esophageal reflux. However, biliary & pancreatic disease may be present. Gas/bloat syndrome w/slow gut? Consider "central" causes like: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), food poisoning, medication side effects, pregnancy, & even stress. See your doctor.
