Acid reflux: could be responsible for symptoms, and not everyone has the typical heartburn, but that is often relieved by eating to neurtralize the acid. An acid blocker like Zantac (ranitidine) or PPI like Prilosec may help. Other things to consider are constipation, liver and pancreatitis but non-gi conditions can also cause morning nausea. If sx don't improve with above, please get a check up and possible tests.

Nausea: See a doctor. You may have acid reflux which can easily be treated with over the counter meds like antacids and omeprazole. But you may also have H pylori, a bacteria that causes acid reflux symptoms in some people and also requires antibiotics for treatment.
