See below: Sorry that you are ill - hard to tell what is going on from your description - BUT you need to see your doctor as soon as possible- the combination of symptoms are not normal, and I would see my doctor asap to rule out any significant illness -

Emergency Room: All chest pain, especially if severs, requires immediate evaluation. Concern is heart attack. There are so many other possibilities. Full examination required to determine cause. Go to ER now.
