Really difficult: Your symptoms are called 'non-specific', (meaning they can go along with many different conditions)so it makes it very hard to figure out what is causing. You probably need a good primary care doctor (the hospital/emergency room perspective is usually to rule out & treat life-threatening conditions, and if no red flags showed up on any labs they did, then you may not have gotten a thorough eval.
