if i lay down flat for three minutes and take my blood pressure it is 123/86. if i stand up, and remain still, and wait three minutes it goes up to 142/107. is this normal? i'm taking the lowest dose of valsartan daily?

: BP is highly variable. Both these numbers are higher than desired:  123/86 is only slightly elevated but you definitely don't want it near 142/107 most of the time. Keep taking your BP a few times a day, in various positions, and keep a record of the results. When you have several days' data, show the record to your doctor and then discuss possible changes in your treatment. Good luck.

i took my first pregnancy test in feb 24 at 5.00am the result is positive with faint line mam but today i took pregnancy test again to confirm mam at 7.30 am but only single line came mam am i pregnant or not mam?

: Any positive pregnancy tests, regardless of how faintly positive, should prompt a visit to an obstetrician/gynecologist. An OB/GYN can do repeat testing or other tests to verify a pregnancy.

my 7 month old baby has developed a rash on her cheeks and chin. it is very red. i thought it was because of drooling as she is teething, but it just flared up suddenly and didnt respond to vaseline as a barrier cream.

Keep area clean/dry: Clean the drool area with a gentle soap and water. Avoid irritation to the skin and a mild moisturizer without fragrance may be applied. Avoid Vaseline for now since it may trap moisture.

Drink water, b activ: Are you eating a balanced diet? Do you skip breakfast? Are you depressed? Drink (too) much caffeine? Getting adequate sleep?Had a checkup recently (don't want to miss iron deficiency or anemia, underactive thyroid, etc). Sometimes, drinking fluids can help clear the mind; get up and do something active. Sometimes, eating low fat, high protein food can be energizing, e.g. Yogurt.

Do something else: You said it in your question.  You are eating because you are bored.  Only eat to live; don't live to eat.  Find something else to do - socialize, hobbies, work, exercise, read, watch a movie, shop, something.  That will keep you occupied and productive enough to not be concerned about eating.

Not easy: If this was easy, we won't  have obesity problem. It takes effort. Things that might help include; not having chips, ice-cream, candy, chocolates, etc around in house. Keep carrots, celery sticks etc to munch on. Stay busy, get out in the yard or go to gym etc. Keep a count of all your caloric intake on a daily basis - an absolute must.

Do not TAKE: Focus on doing things that you find gratifying. Become active in your community. 
I'm sure you have a lot to give. 

Pills ie "taking something" are never a long term solution.

Being bored does not: Help you feel good about yourself and your life, therefore, it is not good for your mental health. Sometimes boredom is a symptom of depression. If you are bored, do something about it. Take up a new hobby, take a class, make new friends, volunteer. Figure out what makes you happy and do it. If you still feel bored, see if you are actually depressed and consider speaking to a therapist.

Are you using the : Word crazy as a figure of speech? If you are bored- find things to do that you enjoy. If you honestly fear that you are going mad then please see your physician, a psychiatrist or a psychologist.

Some people don't wa: Seeing is believing. Some people don't want to know the truth. The urine drug screen would confirm was going on WHY are you involved with the situation.
