Drink water, b activ: Are you eating a balanced diet? Do you skip breakfast? Are you depressed? Drink (too) much caffeine? Getting adequate sleep?Had a checkup recently (don't want to miss iron deficiency or anemia, underactive thyroid, etc). Sometimes, drinking fluids can help clear the mind; get up and do something active. Sometimes, eating low fat, high protein food can be energizing, e.g. Yogurt.

Bored: Talk with a close friend to help you understand what is causing your boredom and foggy feeling. If it doesn't lift consult your doctor, if you are cleared medically ask for a referral to a mental health professional who can help uncover the cause of your difficulties. My best.
