Not easy: If this was easy, we won't have obesity problem. It takes effort. Things that might help include; not having chips, ice-cream, candy, chocolates, etc around in house. Keep carrots, celery sticks etc to munch on. Stay busy, get out in the yard or go to gym etc. Keep a count of all your caloric intake on a daily basis - an absolute must.
