Muscle strain/spasm: As you inhale deeply, you expand your chest wall...And doing so, you move shoulder blades up and out, thus pulling on the muscles attaching to the upper and inner areas of the shoulder blade. If these muscles are strained somehow (common for people working on computer keyboards for long periods), they can be sore when you breath in deeply..
When in doubt, have it checked out.

my upper right shoulder blade and neck hurt a lot. in september, it was the left side of my shoulder blade. my throat hurts because of my neck and it hurts to swallow so it's hard to eat or drink anything. what do i have and do i need to see a doctor?

R/o spine prob.: Dysphasia or trouble swallowing is a serious symptom that demands immediate evaluation by an MD.

You may: have  injured your neck which can cause all the pains. not sure why you have leg pain. could be unrelated.

trauma and strain can do the same also

Hard to say : Would need more info and exam.  If it has been fairly recent swollen nodes can cause similar symptoms and are often associated with a viral or bacterial infection.  A good medical checkup would probably be a good place to start.

Sounds like you have: a pinched nerve in your neck, or a rib that's out of alignment. See your osteopathic doctor to have it adjusted and put back in place. Ribs are out if it is more noticeable breathing in/our. If it's neck vertebrae, then it is not dependent on breathing. Sounds like you need to make sure your neck, ribs, shoulders and low back are decompressed, so you can start feeling better.

Can be Muscle strain: OR can be a referred pain.
Did you have any injury or fall or sudden pull of  Right Arm/ neck?
 Or do you have cough and fever with this?
 As it  is going on for a week and not responding to NSAID/Ive or Moist heat; then it is time to get examined by your doctor:-)

Muscle spasm: Could be a spasm or trigger point in one of the accessory muscles of respiration; the scalenes can pinch off nerve roots in the brachial plexus and give you shoulder/arm symptoms. If persists, should be reviewed by chiropractor. Less likely but with your history, gallbladder also refers to right shoulder, consult with PCP or GI dr.

Could be a: pinched nerve in your NECK (C6-7)

If gets worse a cervical exam/neuro eval and possible cervical MRI study may be indicate!

: Mild dry cough and chest tightness are often associated with asthma, bronchospasm and/or bronchitis. Musculoskeletal pain may be the underlying cause of your ache on the right side. Application of local heat to the area is often effective in reducing pain. 
COVID 19 testing recommended. Please have a COVID 19 booster vaccination. Avoid pollen, dust, mold, smoke and other possible allergic triggers

Aortic aneurysm: Thar is dissecting would be top on the list of things to rule out. Other thing could be a muscle spasm or gallbladder pain.   Many other things are on the list as well.    You would need a doc to look at you to be able to tell.Needs a visit to the er.
