Muscle spasm: Could be a spasm or trigger point in one of the accessory muscles of respiration; the scalenes can pinch off nerve roots in the brachial plexus and give you shoulder/arm symptoms. If persists, should be reviewed by chiropractor. Less likely but with your history, gallbladder also refers to right shoulder, consult with PCP or GI dr.
