Sounds like you have: a pinched nerve in your neck, or a rib that's out of alignment. See your osteopathic doctor to have it adjusted and put back in place. Ribs are out if it is more noticeable breathing in/our. If it's neck vertebrae, then it is not dependent on breathing. Sounds like you need to make sure your neck, ribs, shoulders and low back are decompressed, so you can start feeling better.
